Java and the Gym - by Kristy


As an avid coffee consumer, I am always relieved to hear when new health benefits are found which relate to drinking coffee. I came across a story on Yahoo! news which explains that coffee can actually help energize you for your workout. The story states, "Yes, a caffeine kick could be a valuable addition to your pre-exercise routine, delaying muscle fatigue and keeping you focused and energetic."
